Tutu School is founded on the principle that every child should know what it feels like to dance. We exist to make space in the lives of children for creativity and joy, and we put that at the heart of everything we do. We believe that the soft tulle layers of a tutu are beautiful, but so are the brave, determined muscles that dance underneath it. We believe that when the curtain goes up and the orchestra starts playing, it takes a graceful kind of courage to step out onto the stage- or out into the world- in pursuit of a dream. We believe in changing lives, one pirouette at a time.
