Bike, walk, run, roll into M-K-T from the Heights Hike and Bike Trail. Take a few steps from your office to grab a quick bite to eat. Swing through one of the shops to grab something special for the weekend. Stop at the Market to grab dinner for the family. M-K-T is a one-stop, community-based site that was developed with its neighbors in mind to produce ease to the day-to-day grind.

M-K-T is your new HUB in the Houston Heights. Activated with chef-driven dining options, highly sought-after boutique retail, and a built-in crowd of professional starters and do-ers, there is never a dull moment at M-K-T. PARKING AT M-K-T
Free parking is always available for M-K-T visitors on a first-come, first-serve basis. During peak times, stop circling and pull up to the valet stand, centrally located at the entrance of our yellow "spine" walkway between Buildings 4 and 5, by Mendocino Farms and Blue Sushi Sake Grill, or pull into one of our two parking garages. EVERYONE'S A VIP WITH FREE VALET SERVICE
M-K-T offers complimentary valet service Wednesday - Sunday. The valet stand is centrally located at the entrance of our yellow "spine" walkway between Buildings 4 and 5, by Mendocino Farms and Blue Sushi Sake Grill. When valeting, ask your favorite retailer or restaurant to validate your valet service at checkout or point of sale. Valet is available during these times:

HOW IT WORKS
Once you valet your vehicle, you'll receive a text message from M-K-T Valet with a link allowing you to validate, check out, request your vehicle, or provide a tip. Ask your retail or restaurant destination for their Valet QR code for customer validation when you're ready to roll. Scan and go! No validation? No problem! A valet fee of $10 per vehicle will be charged.
