Kiddos can learn yoga poses, breathing techniques, and mindfulness activities for children ages 5-12 in studio. Through movement, games, and stories, children will be invited to grow in their self-awareness, improve balance and physical strength, and learn tools for emotional wellness.

About the Event
Parental Pro Tip: This class coincides with weekly Vinyasa for adults in the main studio. Parents are welcome to attend while their little one is in the small studio for Kid's Yoga. Parents are also welcome to drop kiddos off to Kid's Yoga sessions.
